How do I return or exchange an item?

Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery. In order for any item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. UNDERWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE unless the individual package is unopened and sealed. We are very conscious of the hygienic issues that could arise if we accepted this particular category of merchandise as a return. This policy is adhered to for the sake of our customer's peace-of-mind. Merchandise must have all tags, attached. If you do return what you purchased we are so sorry. Simply contact us at, info@frenchaffair.co, and we will email you a return shipping label promptly.

Instead of exchanging, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order. If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged at no fault of your own, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will absolutely work to make it right at no penalty to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When will I be charged?

When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is canceled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days.

We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How do you handle back ordered items?

We occasionally have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for back ordered merchandise is listed on the product page and in your Shopping Bag during checkout. We will contact you via email if the item's replenishment date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship with standard shipping once they arrive at our distribution center.

What is your price adjustment policy?

Should an item from the website be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. We will honor a one-time price adjustment. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment and will be reflected in 5-7 business days. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.

We are unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores. Please contact the store directly for assistance.

Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
