All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking/administration fee based on the total number of items canceled if your order has been packaged for shipment. Please note our customer care department will always try and avoid a restocking fee if your item has not been packed you will not be charged. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the original order.
Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery. In order for any item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. UNDERWEAR IS NOT RETURNABLE unless the individual package is unopened and sealed. We are very conscious of the hygienic issues that could arise if we accepted this particular category of merchandise as a return. This policy is adhered to for the sake of our customer's peace-of-mind. Merchandise must have all tags, attached. If you do return what you purchased we are so sorry. Simply contact us at, email@example.com, and we will email you a return shipping label promptly.
Instead of exchanging, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order. If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged at no fault of your own, or if you receive an incorrect order, we will absolutely work to make it right at no penalty to you.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account immediately and send you a communication confirming receipt. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
