Instructions for Application:

  1. Clean and dry your skin to remove any body oil or residue.
  2. Gently peel away plastic liner of cover.
  3. Position cover (adhesive side up) over nipple and press to apply.
  4. To Remove: Gently peel cover away from skin until it comes off. 

Instructions for Washing: Hold one nipple cover in the palm of your hand with the adhesive side up. Rinse under warm water and clean with mild soap. Gently shake off excess water and la flat to dry with adhesive side up.
